Techbridge provides project management services at every stage of the project. It consists in assisting, advising and supporting the Client, including reviewing/approving project deliverables on its behalf.
We apply PMC best practices to make the right decisions during the project life cycle and to guarantee efficiency, particularly in terms of quality and safety.

Our Project Management Services are customized according to your specific needs and covers the full project span – initial stage, during construction and completion and commission stage. We are well versed with different methods of project delivery and sourcing of construction such as unit rate or item rate contracts, lump sum contracts, design build contracts, EPC or turnkey contracts, etc. Our Project Management Services also include techno-commercial services, cost management services and sourcing/procurement assistance services.
- Site Selection assistance.
- Assistance with statutory/regulatory approvals and permissions related to construction and related to setting up of a facility.
- Assistance with topographic and soil investigation surveys etc.
- Preparing a Procurement/Sourcing Strategy.
- Identifying various packages for procurement.
- Developing a procurement schedule of major work packages and utility equipment.
- Creating an initial Baseline Schedule for the Project.
- Budgetary estimation of total cost covering civil works, mechanical, electrical , plumbing , utility equipment, etc for the proposed development.
- Preparing tender documents including commercial conditions, technical specifications and bills of quantities (BoQ)/BOM, guidelines for installation, testing and commissioning.
- On behalf of the project sponsor/end-use engagement with vendors and contractors, conducting a pre-qualification process for vendor/contractor selection, short listing of suitable contractors in consultation with the Client.
- Techno-commercial comparison and evaluations of the offers and assist the Client with negotiation and award of Contract. Conducting a Kick off meeting with successful bidder/contractor/vendor.
- Coordination services during design and construction.
- All of our technical disciplines being in-house results into effective coordination and quick response time.
- Approving technical datasheet and drawings received from contractors.
- Occasional Site visits during construction to resolve engineering/design related issues, if any.
- Inspection and testing of utility equipment at the supplier's factory.
- Site acceptance test of utility equipment.
- Participation in commissioning activities.
